Flourish 2024

THE ASK 

To create an elevated experience from the 2023 event, as the previous year no collateral  accompanied the speakers. Tatiana Cole started the event in 2023 and now is an annual event. 

A workbook for the entire event and custom designed stickers. 

For the workbook - develop and create a workbook to accompany and enhance the experience for the attendees of Flourish 2024. 

For the stickers - something that matched the branding and fit within the theme.

A unique aspect of the ask was the client lived in a different state then where the event was taking place. 

THE SOLUTION 

Starting off with a creative and strategic development call to discuss, develop, and plan for materials, timeline and creative direction. We discussed layout, goals, sponsorship, with the main focus being how are the attendees going to use the workbook. 

I created a 20 page workbook which included agenda, all speakers - their bios, contact info, and speech title, sponsors, a finally ended with the main goal of how to work with Tatiana Cole, and her memberships. 

After a bit of research I sourced a vendor in the area of the event and coordinated with the host where she could pick them up on the way to the event. Making it a smooth experience for her.
